Cancellation Policy
You Cancel
You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your trip for a full refund. After 72 hours you can reschedule for a later date.
We Cancel
If we cancel a trip for reasons other than weather related issues, you will receive a full refund.
High Water
Sometimes the river is running high and unsafe even when the weather is nice. If you are booked for the Bridges Trip you will be given an option to replace the river paddle portion with a paddle around the tranquil Giving Pond, reschedule your trip, or be refunded.
Weather Issues
Our trips run rain or shine except for lighting and/or high winds in which we will reschedule. You can reschedule for a later date if don’t wish to participate in the rain.
